To maintain hygiene, product integrity, and fair usage for all customers, we follow the below return & refund policy.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Damage Protection)

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee strictly for cases where:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or

  • A wrong product is delivered.

This guarantee ensures you are protected against transit-related issues and fulfillment errors.

This guarantee does not apply to change of mind, personal preferences, incorrect usage, or normal wear & tear.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For cancellation requests, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page.

Approved cancellations are refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer required

  • Better price found elsewhere

  • Late delivery

  • Minor packaging dents

  • Color/size expectations

  • Used or tested products

Mandatory Requirements for Return Requests

To request a return under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through the Contact Us page

  2. Customer must provide:

    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos of the damaged item & outer packaging

    • Order ID

  3. Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories, labels, and seals intact

All requests are reviewed by our quality control team.
Their decision will be final.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Damage/wrong item is verified via video & photos

  • Returned product passes internal inspection

If approved:

  • Refund is processed within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) may be deducted

All refunds are processed in INR to the original payment source.


Replacement Policy 

In most approved cases, we provide a free replacement instead of a refund to ensure faster resolution and uninterrupted usage.


Important Terms

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Missing unboxing video = claim rejected

  • Used products are not eligible for return or refund

  • Repeated false claims may lead to account restriction
